We pride ourselves in the most solid, long lasting construction done right the first time.    

Seawalls : 

"Cantelevered" construction reduces the amount of digging to your property by installing the Vinyl Sheet piling two thirds down in the bottom of the lake and one third of the piling up above the lake bottom.  Creates an extremely stable wall while reducing the digging to your property.

"Deadman" construction involves installing half of the Vinyl Sheet piling below the lake bottom and the other half above lake bottom.  To properly secure seawall we install threaded rods to a deadman system installed in your yard.  This method is approiate for high walls and steep grade of your land. Deadman seawalls does require us to dig up your property to install deadman system.

Seawalls : 

All of our seawalls are tied together with 1/2" carriage bolts to give extra stability.

Seawalls : 

We may install weepholes to ensure proper drainage of water from your property.

Seawalls : 

We may install washed gravel behind your seawall to act as a french drain so water does not damage your property or seawall.

We order special treated wood to build your wale wall which attaches to the Vinly Sheets.

Seawalls : 

We install two types of cap board.  One out of treated wood which requires waterproofing.  Or we install composite cap boards which look professional are maintenance free.  

We build custom sizes and designs of walkways and piers to accomadate your needs.  We order special treated Posts and lumber to ensure long lasting construction.  

Walkways/Piers : 

We use 4x6 or 6x6 treated post for stability.  We install these post as deep into the lake bottom as the lake bottom will allow.  

Walkways/Piers : 

We tie the framework to the post with carriage bolts to create a strong solid platform that will not move.  Ensures years of safe family enjoyment.

We construct the framework on land to ensure all measurements are square.  Then we lift the framework into the water with our excavator and complete the installation process.  

Boathouses :

  We build custom size and design boathouses.  Using special treated lumber and post.

Boathouses : 

We use 4x6 or 6x6 treated post and install them as deep as the lake bottom will allow.

Boathouses :

  We build flat roof boathouses and gable end boat houses.

Boathouses : 

We install metal roofing which is cut custom for your design boathouse. Boathouses :  We install carriage bolts to the frame and posts to ensure stability.

Boathouses : 

We install hurricane straps to protect you even in high wind situations.

Boathouses : 

We install boatstrapes and motorized pullies systems to lift most boats.
